Coming from Lima, Peru to the united states, in 1986 I wanted to make a new life for my kids……..
Traveling up to the year of '86 with my two girls, did not know what to do, sitting in the park eating Tropigrill and thinking about what we would plan for a brighter future…. untill finally one day I realized that I would not find any good job for a non speaking English man, it was sad just leaving my girls at my mother’s house looking for another dead end job. I had a few friends that would try to help us make it in this country, and I decided to learn something new, which was to leave the dishwashing days and to learn something in the area in labor work, such as construction. It was very interesting that everyone was mean to me, but I had no idea, I would go about my days with a smile on my face not knowing that I was being put down yet I had no idea because I did not know English and couldn't understand what they were saying about me. Time went by I was simply a local construction worker, working under a company. I went on my days with being sad, happy, and mad just getting by until like every man wants to get inspired to do better I decided to get an office. Taking the names of my brothers and I to come up with what is now my company name, MOLAMARK for every two letters of all of us Moses, Lazaro, Mario, but the finishing letters RK would come from my wife’s dads name Markus so I decided the finishing letters to bring her in the business. I learned the losses and gains within a business and I built up with experience with people I worked with and those tough people we meet. Everything seemed to be going great until 95 I lost everything and I had no other choice then to file bankruptcy on chapter 7, because of some ignorant builders that are not worth mentioning! Which never paid me and this is why I went down hill, but within that storm that only exists only darkness they could not corrupt that name that was created by me and it was that named that kept flashing in my head MOLAMARK I could not quit there. It began to transform into human form like a newborn to start over again where I changed my style of work and began to be more focused in detail. Then I began to give a better life to that name, where I found a new builder that I could work with, where I trusted in putting my money that I knew it would triple and be worth it. This is how I put myself in the New Vision by Molamark, which was I who gave the new focus to my company. Now it would be the new vision by Molamark investment group that not only does it do custom homes, remodeling, specializing in modern and future style homes and architectural style where now the new vision now enters with a builder’s license with my wife Neyza. Now with my new vision of Molamark group specializes with a lot of construction throughout the state of Florida.
I give thanks to God, my mother, my family because it has blessed me and helped me with all the hardships in life that now is successful
